Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)

Return to calm · Find clarity · Feel more like yourself

A gentle, listening-based bodywork that supports the nervous system to settle and reorganise at your body’s own pace.

Using light, attentive touch at the head, spine, and body, sessions support the release of held tension, stress, and patterns of overwhelm.

Many people seek BCST during times of stress, burnout, pain, fatigue, recovery, emotional overwhelm, or when feeling disconnected from themselves.

As the body begins to settle, people often notice greater ease in the body, clearer thinking, improved sleep, and a deeper sense of steadiness in daily life.

Rather than forcing change, the work is guided by listening, presence, and respect for your body’s own timing and responses.

Available in person - 60 mins and 90 mins

Distance support available between sessions - 30 mins

Is this for you?

BCST may be supportive if you are:

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unable to fully rest

  • Living with ongoing tension, pain, or fatigue

  • Recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or burnout

  • Feeling disconnected, depleted, or not quite yourself

What this work can support?

Clients often seek BCST to support:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Deep relaxation and improved sleep

  • Stress, tension, and persistent overwhelm

  • Emotional steadiness and mental clarity

  • Recovery after undigested life experiences, concussion, burnout, or illness

What a session feels like?

Sessions are usually quiet, gentle, and deeply restful.

You remain fully clothed while receiving light, attentive touch at different areas of the body, such as the head, spine, sacrum, arms, or feet.

Some people notice softening, warmth, subtle movement, emotional release, or deep stillness. Others simply experience a sense of rest and settling.

There is no need to perform, explain, or “do” anything during the session

Optional focus areas

In some sessions, gentle intra-oral or nasal craniosacral work may be offered to support the jaw, face, cranial base, or sinus system.

This is always optional, clearly explained, and only included with your consent.

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a light-touch bodywork approach that supports the body’s natural ability to find balance and health.

Through gentle, respectful contact, the practitioner listens to the rhythms and expressions of your system, allowing tension and stress patterns to gradually soften and reorganise.

Rather than forcing change, the work supports your body’s own intelligence and capacity for regulation, restoration, and resilience.
