The CARE Approach
These four qualities form the foundation of my approach: connection, attunement, relational presence, and embodiment.
Together, they shape how we listen, respond, and work with what emerges in each session.
Connection
The heart of my work. Sessions begin with connection — a simple, unhurried meeting between two people.
You do not need to explain everything, have the right words, or know exactly what you need.
You are met where you are, and we begin from there.
Through connection, the body can settle, pause and reconnect with its own resources for health.
Attunement
Attunement is the practice of careful listening to what is present — within the body, nervous system, and moment.
Rather than trying to force change, we follow what is already unfolding.
Your pace is respected.
Nothing is rushed or imposed.
This allows the body's own intelligence to emerge and guide the process.
Relational
Healing does not happen in isolation.
The quality of presence between practitioner and client can support greater safety, regulation, and trust within the nervous system.
You are accompanied with steadiness, care, and respect for your own process.
The relationship itself becomes part of the therapeutic environment.
Embodiment
The ongoing process of coming home to yourself through direct experience.
Over time, shifts within sessions may begin to carry into daily life — in how you rest, respond, move, and relate.
Embodiment is not about becoming someone new, but reconnecting with yourself beneath layers of stress, tension, or overwhelm.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore working together.
